The Retina Display On The Apple’s Third-Gen iPad

After the incorporation of the high-resolution screen in iPhone 4S as well as iPhone 4, it was highly expected that the creators of Mac will configure their latest creation, iPad3 with retina display; Apple have quadrupled the pixel count in this device than its previous version.

The device houses 3.1million pixels, generating a resolution of 2048×1536 pixels which results in a better color saturation (about 44% more than iPad2). It was claimed from the manufacturer’s desk that, the device had the finest display in the arcade of mobile devices.

The engineers made the image quality a crystal clear one, by elevating the pixels to a different level than that of the signal level. Pixel designing in super-high aperture, doubling the LED counts and embedding an 11666mAh battery is some of the magical steps taken by the gadget-giant to make the retina display successful as clarified by the marketing department of Apple.
