In a shocking incident, a 17 seventeen year old boy is arrested in Port Charlotte, Florida for having sex with an 11 year old girl inside the Charlotte Harbor Church.
A Charlotte County Sheriff’s Major Crimes Unit arrested the boy on charges of Sexual Battery They acted after getting a call from the Peace River Regional Medical Center in Port Charlotte, Florida. The mother of the girl took her there for medical evaluation.
The incident happened on last Sunday evening. The mother informed that she along with her daughter had been to the church but couldn’t locate her while leaving around 9 p.m. Her daughter contacted her after ten minutes and told that she had sexual intercourse with the boy in one of the bathrooms of the church.
During interview with the MCU detective, the girl said that she had consensual sexual intercourse with the boy in the Bethanie French Sda Church, 24300 Harborview Road, Port Charlotte, Florida.
The boy, along with his father came to the Mid County Sheriff’s Office. He was sent to the Charlotte County Jail and to the Department of Juvenile Justice after the interview.
