After the IPL match fixing fracas, BCCI has ultimately decided to oust Raj Kundra from his IPL team Rajasthan Royal’s on account of his alleged allegations being confirmed today. The decision was taken along with the fates of three accused cricketers Ajit Chandila, Ankeet Chavan, S Sreesanth and their teams respectively Chennai Super Kings and Rajasthan Royals.
Kundra has primarily confessed his link ups with match fixing on T20 league matches before any such ordeal. The Kundra family (Raj and Shilpa Shetty) however has a limited share stakes 11.7% in the team and it has come to the confirmation that even the team is really to befriend the man on account of his illegal connections and in honor to protect the team’s integrity.
Rajasthan Royals have decided that in honor of the teams’ image and brand equity they will always act in accordance to the laws and on being found guilty he will be readily suspended from the team. As per 11.3(C) of the agreement on account of any owners bringing the team to disrespect and dishonor than immediately it will be brought into notice and would be readily terminated from the ball game altogether.
