The new bride Rani Mukerji is back to her work and has started shooting for her film Mardaani to complete the remaining scenes. Rani Mukerji who tied the knot to filmmaker Aditya Chopra in a secret ceremony in Italy is back to her work now to complete Pradeep Sarkar’s ‘Mardaani’. She will be playing the role of a police woman in the film. Rani Mukerji gave her post-marriage appearance earlier this month when she was spotted at the Mumbai airport.
Rani Mukerjii and Aditya Chopra hosted a reception for their friends and members from the film fraternity at their Mumbai residence on Sunday after they returned from Italy. Several industrial biggies attended the party like Karan Johar, Anupam Kher and his wife Kirron and Rani’s close friend Vaibhavi Merchant and many other big shots. In order to prepare for the role which she was playing, she met the Mumbai crime branch chief as a part of research.
