Users are asked to be careful about the Kama Sutra virus which is being spread through the email by the hackers. The virus will be sent to you via an email having a subject line as “crazy illegal sex” and “sex video”. The email will contain pictures such as “fucking kama sutra pics”.
The email will contain an attachment which is expected to show you different sexual poses. But the attachment actually contains a virus which will destroy all of your Microsoft Office documents like Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint presentations. It will also wipe out the Adobe Acrobat and Photoshop files on all the hard drives which are also connected to the infected PC.
The Kama Sutra virus will not steal passwords or any other personal information, but will simply destroy all the documents. The worm will implant a program that is expected to erase all related word files on the 3rd of every month.
So, the users are requested not to open the attachment of such an email. If your PC has become infected in any case, it is advised to install an anti-virus software with regular updates after reinstalling all the Microsoft word programs. So, while you will be enjoying a wonderful PowerPoint presentation of sexual poses, a virus will be getting installed at the same time in your PC.
