TNT’s pioneering Wide Open television format will come back for the fifth consecutive year for the period of the network’s unique coverage on Saturday, July 2 with the primetime Coke Zero 400 at Daytona powered by Coca-Cola. The network’s Wide Open reporting debuted during the 2007 Daytona 400 race and has resulted in only nine missed laps of green flag racing in 4 years, and zero laps inside the previous two races.
The 6 nationwide sponsors featured in this year’s innovative television program include Coke Zero, Coors Light, Pfizer, Sprint, Toyota, Warner Brothers Films’ Horrible Bosses and Crazy, Stupid, Love.
