Sourav Ganguly Announces His End Of IPL Cricket

The Bengal Tiger “Sourav Ganguly” intimated the whole world about his call off from the first class cricket. He already called off from the international cricketing career long back in the year 2008. His last international game was against Australia in 2008. Long back he also declared that the match played between Pune Warriors and Kolkata Knight Riders in IPL 5 on May 19, 2012 was his last domestic match played.

Information is given to the Sahara Team being the official owners of the Pune Warriors from Sourav’s end that he do not wish to play in the coming session of IPL 6 although he entered into a contract with them for the next session.

This marks the complete end of the 21 years successful cricketing career of Sourav Ganguly which made a glorious start in 1989-90 while playing the Ranji Trophy finals against the team of Delhi. He also communicated about his decision to the Bengal Selectors for Ranji Trophy. A great cricketer like Sourav Ganguly will always be remembered for his great shots and world class play for India.
