The survey was conducted by by J.D. Power and Associates and more than 20,000 wireless users were asked about their favorite network service provider.
The poll was conducted in six different regions of U.S. and gathered information on the 10 most regular problems among network users.
Verizon achieved the highest rating in five of six regions in the U.S whereas AT&T got the worst position in five of the six regions in the survey.
