It is an addition to the Videocon’s revolutionary budget series of smartphones. Jerold Pereira, CEO of Videocon mobile phones said that this set is designed especially for the young Indians and also its affordability and stylishness will attract them the most. He also said that as Z55 Dash is a country made smartphone, it will meet with Indian peoples changing needs. As Videocon has a tie up with India’s best e-commerce site Flipkart, this smartphone will available on their site at just Rs 6,490.
Coming to phone’s detailed specifications, it is powered by 1.4 GHz octa core processor. This phone will run on the android platform and the version is 4.4.2 Kitkat. As it is equipped with a 2200 mAh battery, it will surely provide a great battery backup. Moving to the display portion, it has an HD display with a resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels and a large 5 inch screen protected by Dragontail X glass. Z55 Dash offers 1 GB ram with an inbuilt memory of 8 GB, and also expandable memory up to 32 GB with a MicroSD card slot. All necessary features such as Wi-Fi, Micro-USB, Bluetooth 4.0, and GPRS/EDGE are available in it. It also offers GPS system with the feature of A-GPS. But the last not the least is its spectacular features of camera. For the photoholic person and someone who loves to take selfies, Z55 Dash offers an 8MP rear camera and 5MP front camera.
