NRHM Flooded With Complaints Against Doctors

The National Rural Health Mission (NRHM) receives more than a dozen complaints every day regarding the problems patients face when they visit the primary health centers and also the sub-centers. In many cases, patients are sending complaints about the absence of doctors when they are going for treatment.

Moreover, the government has launched 104 services about a week ago with the objective of providing medical service to the patients. The more stress of this service was to improve the healthcare services in the rural areas. The medical services are not so effective in the rural areas as they are in the urban areas.

A drug addict has recently complained to NHRM there was an acute increase of drug addict cases in some selected areas of Sikar district. Most of the patients are making the complaints against the medical staff and doctors who are working in the rural areas. There is also major grievance against the doctors that they call the patients to their house.

About 60 doctors and medical staff are working in this number with NRHM to help the people with medical advice. This toll free number of NRHM is also providing information about the specialist doctors and location of nearest government health centers.
